1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CatScan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

CatScan is an entertainment app that provides:

AI-powered cat emotion scanning and personality analysis
Drama Mode for creating fun cat content
A community platform for sharing cat photos and videos
Social features including likes, comments, and follows

                Entertainment Only: The cat emotion readings and personality analyses are generated by AI for entertainment purposes. They are not scientifically accurate assessments of your cat's actual emotions or health.
            

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CatScan offers optional premium subscriptions:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods
Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

5. Community Guidelines

When using community features, you agree not to:

Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
Share content depicting animal abuse or cruelty
Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
Impersonate other users or entities
Post content that is sexually explicit or inappropriate
Engage in behavior that disrupts the community

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By posting content, you grant CatScan a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app and for marketing purposes.

Our Content: CatScan and its features, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CatScan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose
All features will be available at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatScan and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CatScan at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
